It was blown up with a air compressor first. Get a good high neck or head shot put the hose in and Let’r rip, Blows the hide right off the meat. I have done it many times and most likely can do it just as fast. GOOD JOB THOUGH!!!!
A lot of hair flying, I wonder how long it to to clean the hair off the meat???
