It’s only “high” for liberals who find it difficult to count past 10. To the rest of us, we realize 30 round magazines are “standard”. But yes, legislation is underway to ban sales and possession of any “standard” magazines that can hold greater than 10 cartridges.

S.A. 2575 would make it illegal to transfer or possess large capacity feeding devices such as gun magazines, belts, feed stripes and drums of more than 10 rounds of ammunition with the exception of .22 caliber rim fire ammunition. All freedom loving Americans will no doubt find this absurd. It’s up to you to contact your senators today and make sure they oppose this and support out liberties.
And if you support the ban due to the Colorado murders, you must know that the murderer’s rifle jammed on him, and most of the shooting was done with a simple Remington 870 shotgun. He was free to kill for 20 minutes, probably due to the theatre’s flawed “No (legal) Guns” policy.
