A police officer waiting in the drive-thru line at a McDonald’s restaurant in Forsyth County, Georgia, is accused of pulling a gun on the customer ahead of him because the officer was angry at having to wait for his food.
After pulling his vehicle ahead of the customer’s truck, Biumi allegedly stepped out of the car and began hurling expletives at the other driver, 18-year-old Ryan Mash.
According to the official police report, Biumi then pulled out his gun, pointed it at Mash’s head, and shouted “you don’t know who you are f…..g with!”
He then holstered his weapon, reentered his vehicle, and took off.
Mash didn’t realize at first that Biumi was a cop because he was off-duty and wearing plain clothes, but a friend of Mash’s noticed Biumi’s badge on his belt. They recorded Biumi’s vehicle tag number before he left.
