Worshipers tackled a gunman after he fired two shots into the floor of their church during Sunday services in Norwood, Missouri, police said.
Church was in service at the time of the incident and two men sitting in the pews tackled the gunman to the floor. The gun sounded again when the gunman was tackled, sending a bullet to the ceiling, according to the Wright County Sheriff Glenn Adler.
One of the men who tackled the gunman suffered a minor shoulder injury during the struggle. No one else was injured in the incident.
