Indiana Man Could Face Charges for Arrowing Muskie Posted on May 20, 2013 by Don Zaidle A northern Indiana man could face formal charges for arrowing a 42-inch-long muskellunge on May 4. Cory Barnett, 23, of Elkhart, was cited by State Conservation officers with taking a game fish by an illegal method. Bowfishing is legal in Indiana, but only for “rough” fishes, not game fishes. Barnett allegedly took the muskie to an out-of-state taxidermist to have it mounted. Read more here… .
