U.S. Customs and Border Protection says two illegal immigrants were arrested this week while pretending to work for U.S. Fish and Wildlife in order to transport marijuana.
The vehicle refused to stop, but agents were able to locate the truck, the driver, and the passenger a short time later.
According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the vehicle had phony decals placed on its side to make it appear as if it belonged to U.S. Fish and Wildlife.
Inside the truck agents found 933 pounds of marijuana along with fake US. Fish and Wildlife uniforms.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection said both the driver and the passenger were Mexican nationals who were in the country illegally.
