Went out on a morning in August chasing trout on South Sabine Lake.
We were throwing popping corks and catching a few….when the cork went under on this fish I instantly knew it was big, because it pulled about half a spool of Power Pro on my little spinning reel peel off rather quickly.
After about 15 min I got it to the boat, took a few pics and sent this brute back on its way.
