Water balloons are typically intended for some fun in the sun during a kid’s birthday party. They are easy to make, they’re lightweight, they get you wet and overall they’re harmless.
So generally speaking, water balloons are about the last thing you would think of as a device to stop a bullet, right?
Wrong.
