Derek Klingenberg is a farmer with a twist.
The social media savvy Kansas man is known for the videos he makes that give an often cheeky look into farm operations. You might remember the rather unique way he called forward his cattle last year, which now has over 9 million views on YouTube.
Well, for his latest stunt he went fishing but his fishing pole was no where in sight. Instead, he took his drone out to the pond.
“I’m going to try fishing with my drone. This is my first attempt,” he said in the video, and up went his drone, followed by a bobber.
Within just a few seconds, the bobber dipped under the water and Klingenberg flew the drone upward. Sure enough, on the hook was a small, flopping fish.
“Guys, my first drone fish!” he said triumphantly.
