Texas Country artist Kevin Fowler posts snake bite pictures that have gone viral (GRAPHIC)

Texas resident Kevin Fowler was in his garden shed when he found a snake. It was the third rattlesnake Fowler had found in his shed in a month and he took to Facebook to point out how dangerous the snakes were, and it’s been shared thousands of times.

This is the snake…

He wrote: “Ran into this little fellow in my shed this week. All of you people who cry about folks killing rattlesnakes have probably never seen what it looks like when you get bit by one.”

If it’s not obvious by now, yes we’re going to show pictures of a snake bite. Again, squeamish? You’re going to want to look away.

We’ll let Fowler introduce the pictures himself: “The other two pics are of my buddy Tommy’s hand after getting bit last year. He’s still going through surgeries and rehab. All of you rattlesnake sympathizers will change your tune when your kid gets bit playing in your backyard.”

This is the injured hand picture 1… (be prepared – it shows an open wound)

This is the injured hand, picture 2…

We hope we don’t find a snake and get bitten. And we hope Tommy makes a full recovery.
