Don’t Forget — Early Voting Ends on Friday, October 30!

As a fellow gun owner and sportsman, Governor Greg Abbott understands how important it is that voters approve NRA-backed Proposition 6 on the November 2015 ballot to protect the Lone Star State’s tremendous outdoor heritage.  This proposed amendment to the Texas Constitution will guarantee the right to hunt, fish and harvest wildlife and ensure that wildlife management decisions continue to be based on science – not emotional arguments peddled by outsider extremist groups.  Click here to read Governor Abbott’s recent guest column in The Monitor, the largest newspaper in South Texas, in support of Prop 6.

Again, early voting ends on Friday, October 30.  Don’t miss your chance to Vote Early & Vote YES on Prop 6.  If you are unable to vote early, please make sure you go to the polls on Tuesday, November 3, and vote YES on Prop 6.

Look for the following language on your ballot:

Proposition 6: “The constitutional amendment recognizing the right of the people to hunt, fish, and harvest wildlife subject to laws that promote wildlife conservation.”

Spread the word to family, friends and fellow sportsmen that a YES vote on Prop 6 will protect Texas’ outdoor traditions for generations to come!
