Blaine Knight, 10, shot his first buck while hunting with his Po Po at his Great Uncle Joe’s ranch near La Grange in Fayette County. Blaine hit the target at about 80 yards with his trusty .22-250.

Deb Roberson, took this 130-pound female mountain lion on a special hunt to control an overpopulation of lions on the Navajo reservation on the New Mexico/Arizona border. Deb, center, is pictured with game warden Dondi Begay, Calvin Redhouse and game warden Titus Sandoval. The hunt will be featured next season on Carnivore TV.
