Texas Tested: Hyskore Shooting Bench and Shooting Rest

I have used Hyskore products for years and have found them to be the most affordable, yet durable and practical, shooting products I have encountered in the shooting sports realm. Whether you are a benchrest shooter or you just like to plink at the gun range from time to time, I would give Hyskore products a serious look.

Among the recent Hyskore products I have owned, one of the most versatile and overall well-built products I have come across is the Hyskore Ten Ring Portable Shooting Bench. This product met all of my expectations and more. It is a simple but very practical shooting bench which weighs less than 20 pounds and folds down for convenient transport. Made of durable steel and featuring a ridged tubular frame with a powder coat finish, this bench provides a very solid shooting platform for its size and design. It also folds up into an easy-to-carry platform. This makes this product a perfect tool for the field or gun range as it is so easy to transport and store away when not in use. What’s more is that this rest comes with a mount for a spotting scope and a front padded V-notch gun support which has adjustable elevation. You can remove either of these if you want to use a gun rest or other set up.

This bench can accommodate just about any size of shooter and you can even turn over a 5-gallon bucket and use it for a seat. How practical! The mesh deck of this bench is solid and durable. As most all Hyskore products, the design has the shooter in mind in its design and function. I would recommend every hunter and shooter own one of these. One of my all-time favorite shooting rests I recommend with this shooting platform is the Hyskore Rapid Fire Precision Shooting Rest. After owning this shooting rest and other Hyskore products, it is hard to find the need for anything else of any other brand in this arena.

Another product I field tested with the portable shooting bench was the Hyksore Track and Elevate Shooting Rest. This is a very compact, lightweight, and durable product for shooting or hunting. Designed to lock in any given elevation and also pivot to track moving targets or multiple targets, this rest is a great tool for hunting prairie dogs and varmints among other applications such as plinking at the gun range. Like most other Hyskore shooting rests, you have a solid welded tubular construction and a durable powder coat finish making this rest one that can stand up to the test of time. With four elevation and leveling jacks built in, you have a solid overall gun rest. Combine this product with the portable shooting bench and you have one awesome combination! You can learn more about Hyskore products at www.hyskore.com and they can be found at many US sporting goods retailers such as Academy Sports and Outdoors, Midway USA, Sportsman’s Guide, the NRA Store and Cabela’s.
