The skirt retaining system is designed to be quick and simple as well. The strong rubber band holding the skirt in place can be removed with a quick cut and the skirting pliers allow simple installation of the new skirts. Tough mylar skirts can withstand a lot of abuse and still maintain their flash for the reflective quality to attract more fish.
