Tactical Style: Twod 6-24x50mm Rifle Scope Review

I have reviewed a few products from Twod, a distributor of tactical and shooting accessories on Amazon.com. Since I order most of my shooting products and supplies online, I am enjoying working with these guys doing some gear reviews.

The optics I found from them were at an incredibly low price so I was naturally skeptical, as many in my Generation X age group are, that this was a legitimate product offering. When I received it in the mail, I was pleasantly surprised. The optical quality was impressive and the accessories it came with was unbelievable on the value scale: 1” scope rings, a rubber eyepiece, a sun shade/extension, two flip covers, all for one really crazy low price. Add to that a red and green illuminated reticles and this is a pretty well-rounded package.

What caused my interest in this scope is a YouTuber (username Dirt Road) I follow launching this scope with a giant slingshot and hurling it through space, only to mount it and shoot very well with it on his Ruger 10/22 after doing so. Wow! See the video here:

Overall I thought the optical quality was rather decent for this scope. It may not be the highest end glass you have looked through but for the money, this one is hard to beat. Windage and elevation adjustments are easy to make and was thoroughly impressed with the overall quality, fit and finish. I even ordered one for my father and his new-to-him Marlin lever-action rifle and he has been very happy with it so far. Looking for a budget scope for your rimfire or centerfire rifle? This might just fit the build. Here is my review video I filmed a couple of weeks ago around this scope:

There are certainly many options out there for scopes. If you are looking for a good scope and don’t want to spend a fortune or you might be looking for a gift for that target shooter or hunter in your life, I think this would be a solid purchase. Unlike many low budget scopes on the market, the quality of this one is surprising for the price. Check it out on Amazon here for yourself. Thank you as always for watching, reading and listening!
