Texas Fish & Game Editor-In-Chief Chester Moore has been profiled for his award-winning work by the Bonefish & Tarpon Trust (BTT).
BTT member and wildlife journalist Chester Moore won first place for “Radio Talk Show” category in the Press Club of Southeast Texas Excellence In Media Awards.
The winning program was an interview with Dr. Aaron Adams, BTT’s Director of Science & Conservation, on bonefish conservation in Florida and tarpon issues on the Gulf Coast.
“It’s an honor and privilege to be recognized for my broadcasting, in particular on a topic I am so passionate about,” Moore said.
Moore received twelve awards during the Press Club of Southeast Texas “Excellence In Media” awards last month and picked up 10 at the Texas Outdoor Writer’s Association (TOWA) awards banquet in Februray.
