Clay Crushing For Youth Set For Oct. 6

Join the Houston Safari Club Foundation (HSCF) for a great day of shooting, fellowship, and fun at Clay Crushing For Youth, Thurs. Oct. 6 at the Greater Houston Sports Club.

All adult & youth shooters are invited to participate in this annual HSCF fundraising event to support HSCF’s Youth Education Programs. The tournament uses a four-person team format.

Teams may be comprised of male, female, youth, adult, professionals or beginners. Individual shooters will be squadded with other shooters to complete a four-person team.

You do not have to be a member of HSCF to participate.

FOOD. FUN. GAMES. RAFFLES. AWARDS.

Lunch and beverages are included with each registration. Flurries, mulligans and games will be available. Awards in each of three (3) Lewis Classes, as well as individual awards, will be presented to first and second place teams (based on raw scores only) for men’s, ladies, veterans, HSCF member and youth (17 & younger) high overall (HOA). An award for HOA team flurry will also be presented. The overall tournament champion will be decided among top scores by an Annie Oakley shoot off and the winner will be presented a Championship Belt.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration begins at 9 a.m. and the shoot begins at 10.

All registered shooters will receive 100 targets, one (1) golf cart (per team), a commemorative cap, lunch and beverages. Additional golf carts may be added at $125 each and must be reserved in advance. Ammunition is not included. Five (5) boxes of ammunition per person is recommended. Ammunition may be available for purchase at Greater Houston Sports Club (based on availability; contact HSCF in advance to confirm).
