From Coastal Fisheries – Texas Parks and Wildlife: The CCA Marine Development Center in Corpus Christi hit a major production milestone in 2022 by first releasing 5,746* post-metamorphic southern flounder at the end of December. Flounder are usually not able to be produced and released in December so kudos to the team for pushing production and getting as many flounder in the water as possible.
CONGRATULATIONS to everyone for their hard work to ensure that this popular species flourishes.
