Nearly One Billion Fingerlings Released Into Texas Bays (Video)

CCA Texas, Texas Parks and Wildlife, and industry leaders have built the largest saltwater redfish, spotted seatrout, and southern flounder hatchery system in the world releasing nearly 1 billion fingerlings into our Texas bays. Adult broodstock are spawned in tanks, hundreds of thousands of fingerlings are raised in grow out ponds and released into bays to ensure we have healthy populations for future generations.


The commercial started airing on Friday, March 31 and will run through Sunday, May 28 and again from September until January 2024. It will be featured on AT&T SportsNet during Astros games as well as their pre & post game programs. It will also be shown on KTRK ABC13 and its affiliates surrounding news programs and other sporting events.
