Jerry Miculek, one of the fastest shooters in the world and a world record holder for several style of shooting, shows us how he cross-trains in a video released on his Youtube channel today,
In the video Jerry dual wields 2 Sig Sauer M400 AR pistols equipped with the Sig Brace.
While most people use the braces as an impromptu shoulder stock (and the ATF has said this practice is perfectly legal), Jerry uses them in the more traditional manner in this video.
Jerry attempts to shave some time off of his V-drill time by using both hands.
Surprisingly, Jerry is fairly on target with this setup (I know I wouldn’t want to be on the receiving end of it), scoring 20/20 hits on target during the V drill.
While the groups aren’t as tight as they normally are for Jerry, that’s still pretty darn impressive.
Not bad Jerry, not bad. Let’s see if we can’t improve the lighting on the high-speed camera though.
Jerry Miculek is part of the Smith and Wesson competition shooting team. He is a Seven time USPSA 3-Gun National Championship, Four time USPSA Multi-gun National Championship, Twenty time International Revolver Champion, Eight time USPSA National Revolver Champion, and Ten time IDPA Enhanced Service Revolver Champion, among others.
