So, who loves owls?

Owls are my very favorite bird.

Since I saw a massive great-horned owl fly right over my head on a narrow wooded trail they have had a special place in my heart.

Here’s a cool shot of a barred owl I photographed on the power line outside of my house. The flash gave it sort of a cool effect.

Do you love owls? If so, what is your favorite variety?

I’m partial to the barn owl.
