Comfort and shoes designed for fishing don’t usually go together.

That is why I was surprised when I got a chance to review the Men’s Canvas Sharkbyte Deck Shoe from XTRATUF. They come in a stylish camo pattern, look great and are totally comfortable.

These shoes are ideal for fishing, boating, or on land excursions and are made with a low-cut, slip-on style for men and women.

Breathable canvas uppers with hints of suede for style sit on top of a non-marking, slip-resistant Chevron outsole for performance and style on and off the water.

This in fact is my favorite aspect of the shoes.

They are designed to be sturdy on a variety of surfaces and I found them to offer me great stability no matter where I wore them. Slip resistance is extremely important in boats to avoid painful and costly accidents.

Breathable mesh lining keeps feet cool on hot summer days. Men’s are available in navy, olive, or camo pattern. Women’s come in camo, China blue and light gray.

Other attributes include:

  • Breathable Stone Wash Canvas
  • DWR Water-repellent Coating
  • Breathable Mesh Linging
  • Molded EVA insole
  • Non-marking, Slip-resistant Chevron Outsole
  • Easy slip on and off
  • Lightweight, aproximately 0.5lbs
