Know a wildlife-loving teen age 15 or older dealing with a critical illness or who has lost a parent or a sibling?

Higher Calling Wildlife is seeking these exact kids out for special expeditions in 2022.

This offshoot of the Kingdom Zoo Wildlife Center has taken teens in these categories on Guadalupe bass fishing trips, desert bighorn captures, Eastern turkey releases and more.

“We have found teens who love wildlife and are struggling with real issues of illness or traumatic loss thrive when plugged into conservation mentoring. And that’s what we’re looking for in 2022-teens we can help,” said Higher Calling Wildlife founder (and TF&G Editor-In-Chief) Chester Moore.

Specifically for 2022 there will be opportunities for the following expeditions:

*Guadalupe Bass and TX Rainbow Trout

^Exotic Game Management (Catch, Transport, Move)

^Catch, Photo, Release Speckled Trout

*Wild Turkey Photography

“We’ll probably be doing more but these are the ones we already have in the works. They will involve just a few kids per trip and deal specifically with teaching conservation and using conservation skills to raise conservation awareness,” Moore said.

Higher Calling Wildlife is also looking for exotic ranches that would like to host expeditions for teens to help dart, capture and transport animals as well as guides willing to donate a trip on the Guadalupe River for trout and/or Guadalupe bass.

Email chester@chestermoore.com if you can help or know of a teen that might benefit from this program.
