Searching For Hogzilla!

Do you have proof that the “Hogzilla” type hogs are real? I’m working on a new project to document monster hogs across Texas and beyond and I’d love your help. If you’ve ever captured photos of massive wild hogs  alive or harvested, tusks on full display or just sheer size.  I want to see them.

Most hunters do not realize there are hogs in Texas as big as bears.

What I’m Looking For:

  • Clear, detailed photos showing full body, tusks, or size comparison

  • Any details you remember such as weight and general location.

  • Shots of unusual tusks — especially ones that curl back through the snout, grow at odd angles, or show other strange formations

  • And yes, if you’ve spotted or taken photos of warthogs in Texas, I definitely want to see those too

Why Your Hogzilla Photos Matter
These images help showcase the incredible variety, size, and mystery of wild hogs across the state  and separate myth from reality. Your submission might be featured in my upcoming project, with full credit to you.

Use the subject line: “Monster Hog Photo”

If you’ve got proof that monster hogs, twisted tusks, or even warthogs are roaming Texas, I want to see it. Dig through your old photos, check your camera roll, or scroll back through your hunting memories — and send them in. Let’s find out just how wild “wild hog” can get.
