The HSCF Worldwide Hunting Expo & Convention is set to take place January 23–25 at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center in The Woodlands, Texas. The event runs across those three days and is open to the public.
Attendees can visit a large expo hall filled with exhibitors from around the world. Outfitters showcasing hunting and fishing trips, vendors featuring gear, apparel, firearms, optics, taxidermy, artwork, jewelry, and other outdoor products will be on display. There are also daily raffles and a weekend-long grand raffle where visitors can try their luck on various prizes.
Entry to the expo is available with a day pass for $20 or a weekend pass for $35. Admission is free for children 15 and under, and for military personnel or first responders with ID. Expo hall passes include a one-year introductory digital membership with HSCF.

In addition to the expo, the weekend features a series of banquets and auctions. Events scheduled throughout include a Hunting & Photo Awards banquet, a Friday evening banquet with a live auction, a Saturday luncheon with silent and live auctions, a Saturday night gala with a live auction, and a Sunday morning breakfast with prize drawings. Banquet tickets are sold separately and must be purchased in advance; each banquet purchase includes an expo hall pass for the weekend.
There is also a Hunter Education Classroom Course scheduled for Saturday, January 24, from 7:30 am to 1:30 pm. This class is designed for novice or young hunters (ages 9 and up) and covers firearm safety, hunting ethics, and wildlife conservation basics. Materials and participation benefits like a free expo hall pass and digital membership are included, but seating is limited.
The convention hotel is the Woodlands Waterway Marriott, where attendees are encouraged to reserve rooms in the official event block to ensure they receive the discounted rate.
