THE CCA-TEXAS STAR TOURNAMENT is in its final week. As of August 30, 2026, ten registered anglers have caught tagged redfish. There are still plenty of truck and boat prizes left… and plenty of tagged reds still swimming free along the coast. But the contest wraps up on September 7, so there are just a few days remaining. Remember: if you catch a tagged redfish, you must be entered to win!

The tournament covers the entire Texas Coast and ends on Labor Day, Monday, September 7. Contestants must be a current CCA member and registered in the 2026 tournament in order to win in the STAR Tournament. By entering, you have a chance to win $2,000,000 in prizes and scholarships.
