    Subjects for New Legislation

    Protection of the “WALL”
Create a new law stating if the WALL in Texas will be dismantled or destroyed, by any other government (the Federal) or persons, The State of Texas will take ownership and will control this major security asset own.
Change the Concealed Handgun law to delete the “51” Law. Because of the physical attacks on people while dining in public or walking in the city, it should be a justified defense to shoot the attacker. If, you were attacked at your office or home or traveling in Texas and an attacker assaulted you or your party you would be justified in defending yourself with deadly force. Revise the law.
Change the voting laws in the State of Texas, to use only Absentee ballots, where the procedure is the voter MUST request the ballot and Must have the ballot in before the day of election. Count the votes as they arrive in the County. Revise the law.
Create a law stating that for all tax payers who qualify for their tax rates to be frozen and declared at age 65, the highest amount of taxes should not go to the school districts(as is the practice currently) but should go to the County specifically to be used for the roads on the even years and then to the Texas Parks and Wildlife specifically to be used to maintain those parks and programs in each county. Revise the law.
Change the voting laws in the State of Texas for a vacation homeowner in a different county other than their home County of Homestead Exception would be allowed to vote on local elections, (i.e. Mayor, City Council, School Board, etc.) Also couple this with the new law for distributing taxes. Taxation without representation is tyranny! Revise the law.

The most important new law is one that puts the same liability on legislators as they have forced on all Americans, namely to be held personally liable for their actions. Specifically, all legislators who support illegal immigration in ANY way whatsoever MUST be held personally liable for ALL crimes committed by ALL illegals here in Texas, for without the laws that actually encourage people to come here illegally, live here illegally, then work here illegally (stealing jobs from Americans), not a single crime would be committed by any illegal as there would NONE here. To be clear, by personally liable I believe politicians MUST be given the SAME sentence every illegal who commits a crime gets including execution for murder as that crime and all crimes by illegals would not have been possible without the expressed approval and support of lawmakers for which they should be held personally liable.

      • Gaylord Randel says:

Get it on the docket to be voted on by public election. I’ll be the first to sign the petition.

  4. Gaylord Randel says:

These bills violate constitutional law “shall not be infringed “ and “ inalienable rights”. Mark these legislators Mesa, Bernal, Ortega, and Reynolds as violators of their oaths of office and traitors. They need to be held accountable and at the least recalled and stripped from office.
