NRA is wrong on this and will loose members. Considering the 2nd amendment 99.9% of gun laws are unconstitutionaland these people are NOT breaking the law!

Don’t think breaking the law is the issue here. By the way, the word is lose not loose.

In this instance the NRA is correct in it’s statement. Even though these groups are acting within their legal rights, going around making anti gun people uncomfortable and even more paranoid isn’t the way to move gun rights ahead. The left wing nuts are looking for anything they can use to take our guns and other rights away. We have to remain above their low tactics. It is also important that gun rights advocates support each other. With Obama, Blomberg and Soros throwing mony at taking every right away from us we have to continue on the high road and not give the left wing media use our tactics against us.

Thank you for writing what I was thinking. I still believe some of these “gun groups” are actually anti-gun people working from the inside.

I don’t want to be sitting in a restaurant and see someone walk in carrying a gun openly…..especially an AR type. As a concealed carry guy I’m gonna be quite anxious wondering what the heck they’re doing. This is just asking for trouble and making us look crazy to the media and neutral non gun owners. I’m an NRA life member and they are correct here. C.J. needs to get a grip.

    These groups are counter productive.
