A Texas dove hunter can still receive their hunter education certificate in time for dove hunting opening day with the HunterEdCourse.com no field day required Texas online hunter education course.

Dove hunting season opens in Texas South and Central Zones this weekend (September 1, 2014). The season begins September 19, 2014 in the South Zone and Special White-winged Dove Area.
A Hunter Education certificate is required for all hunters born on or after September 2, 1971. Minimum age of certification is 9 years of age.
