Would you like to catch peacock bass and species like bonefish and tarpon in Florida?
I can’t think of an angler that would pass up such an opportunity, including me who has pursued those species several time in the last three years.
How you feel if you were a young boy who has been through some very great challenges over the last few years? What if you liked to fish and someone offered you a chance to do this?
My outreach Higher Calling Wildlife is doing that for a special young boy in a few weeks in Florida.
I will be taking him peacock bass fishing in the canal systems and my friend Capt. Mo Estevez and I will take him on an excursion into Biscayne Bay to catch everything from barracuda, and jacks to bonefish.
This young boy is part of our Wild Wishes program that grants wildlife encounters to children facing critical illness or loss of a parent or sibling. And he loves fishing.
We see a lot in him and want to motivate him to take up the cause of fishing conservation by inspiring him to experience the best fishing in Florida where he lives.
Can you help?
i hate asking for money but the fact is everyone in nonprofits have to. I want you to think about your dark days as a kid and what it would be like to get to go do something like this.
Would it lift your spirits and instill hope? You bet it would.
We’re not only taking him to canal fish and fish in the bay but to photograph Key deer in Big Pine Key and feed the tarpon in Islamorada.
Can you make a donation that would help this kid experience the best of life?
You can donate at the link below or @kingdomzoo on Venmo.
